About the Venue:
The previous venue was tough to navigate, so we took special care to find a better venue that is easier to get around.
This year the parking lot is close enough to the venue there is no need for a shuttle service, and the entrance line will be much shorter than last year.
A word of caution: On the walk to the even there is a very steep slope, so we recommend you make your luggage as compact as possible.
However ~ there will be services to carry your luggage up the hill, only costing about 300-500 yen per couple(unless you plan on bringing your whole house! haha).
It's worth the walk! The view from the plateu is so good, it's worth the hike.

※ 駐車場について
今年の駐車場から会場内まで徒歩で行ける所にあります。ほとんどの方がこの駐車場に止めることはができるよう台数分を確保しております。しかし限りはあります、なるべく乗り合いにてご来場お願いします。
※ 駐車場に駐車した車の出し入れ。
車を駐車場から出し入れすることは絶対に厳禁とさせて頂きます。お帰りの際まで同じ位置に駐車して頂く形となります。
ご来場者の方の再入場は可能ですが車の再入場はできませんのでご注意下さい。
※ 路上駐車・立ち入り禁止エリアへの侵入及び、近隣住民への迷惑行為は絶対におやめください。
※ キャンピングカーでのご来場は禁止させていただきます。関係者車両以外は会場内に乗り入れすることはできません。
※ 会場内にラジカセやスピーカー類、太鼓などの鳴り物の持込みや使用は絶対にお止めください。 周りの方の迷惑になりますので固く禁止致します。もし隠して持ち込んだ場合は没収させて頂きます。
※ 写真撮影禁止について。 GLOBAL ARKではオーディエンスの皆さまや出演者のプライバシー保護の観点から各ダンスフロアでの
撮影を禁止させていただ いております。 そのため、 Instagram、Facebook、Twitter、その他SNSへの写真及びYouTube等への動画の投稿、アップロードも絶対にお控えくださるようお願いします。
尚、テントサイト、フードコートなどでの撮影はOKですが、一緒に来た 友人、会場で合った知人など、プライベートな範囲内でお願いします。尚、当日会場にはオフィシャルカメラマンが入りますが、許可を得た腕章をつけておりますので、無断撮影か否かは腕章でご確認ください。
※ ゴミの持ち帰り
開催期間中に自らが持ち込み、使用した物は必ず自ら責任をもって持ち帰るようお願いします。特に鼻水、唾液などが付いた使用済みのマスクやティッシュはビニール袋に入れて密閉して縛った上での持ち帰りをお願いします。 （電車やバスでご来場の方はスタッフにゴミの廃棄場所をお尋ね下さい。）
※ ドリンク類の持ち込みは、極力お断りしておりますが、やむをえず持ち込む場合は酒、ソフトドリンクを含め、ひとり3本くらいまででお願いします。それにより出たゴミは各自でお持ち帰りください。
※ ペットに関して。
大型犬、中型犬はいかなる場合でも禁止させていただいております。小型犬のみ許可しますが、近隣テントで寝てる方もいらっしゃるので、吠え癖のある犬は絶対にNGとさせて頂きます。
また、大人しいワンちゃんでも、人によっては怖がる方もいらっしゃいます。フロアやフードコートに連れ歩く事は厳禁とさせて頂きます。その他、人に危害を与えそうな動物、 ウィルスを持った動物などは入場をお断り致します。
※ 場内は一応電波は入りますが、繋がり難い場合もあります。お連れ合わせの方への連絡は、インターチェンジ、 または駅を降りたら、すぐに連絡を取り合うことをお勧めします。
※ GAが設営するジェネレーターは電圧の関係上、電源の分配はできません。 また、スマホの充電などにお貸しする事もできません。必要な方は事前にモバイルバッテリー等をご用意ください。
※ お荷物・貴重品は、各自での管理をお願いします。イベント内で起きた事故、盗難等に関し主宰者は 一切の責任を負えませんのでお気を付け下さい。
※ダンスフロア内にキャンプ椅子を持ち込まないで下さい。(フロア後方の場所であればOKです) またそれ以外で通路の妨げになるようなものは放置しないようにお願いいたします。
※ 天災等のやむ終えない理由で公演が途中で継続不可能な場合、また、アーティストの変更等の場合においてもチケット料金の払い戻しは出来かねますので何卒ご了承ください。
※ 山中での開催ですので、天候の変化や、気温の変化が激しいことが予想されます。 8月の気温は昼は30度近く、夜は10度になる場合もあるそうです。夜は特に冷え込みます。日焼け止め、熱中症対策、 防寒着・雨具等をお忘れなく。
＜＜感染拡大防止関連の注意事項 -NOTICE-＞＞
本年も昨年に続き、ドレスコードを「オシャレマスク着用」としております。会場内のマスク着用はマストです。
飲食の時、喫煙の時以外はマスクをお願いします。飲食の時、喫煙の時、その他口元を空けてるときも最低限、マスクは耳に掛ける、アゴにずらす等、顔からマスクを外さないようにお願いします。
会話する時はいつでもマスクを着用できるように、必ず顔の一部にマスクを着用してください。
(マスクに関して、それぞれご主張もあるとは思いますがマナーということで、ご協力ください。)

「おしゃれマスク」というのは、パーティー内のひとつのイベントです。 マスクも昨今はファッションの一部。デザインマスク、手作りマスク、夏用冷感 マスク・クールマスク、ネックゲイターなど、思いっきりカッコイイマスクを つけてマスクファッションを楽しみましょう。感染予防をしつつも、華やかに会場内を彩ってください。
※マスクをお忘れの方は、 場内にもマスク売り場がありますのでご購入頂き着用をお願いします。
※検温検査や感染した人はチケット払い戻し等の規定があるため、会場内には基本感染してる人は入場できないようにはなっております。パーティーを無事に終えるために、感染拡大防止にご協力頂きたく、以下の点を必ずお守り下さるよう、お願い申し上げます。 必ず最後までお読みください。
◆ご来場前の確認事項
GLOBAL ARK 2021の開催当日から２週間前の間に次の事項に該当する方は、大変残念かとは思いますが来場を見合わせて頂きますようお願い致します。特に、高齢者や基礎疾患をお持ちのご家族と同居している方は充分お気をつけ下さい。
平熱を超える発熱（37.5度以上）がある方
せき、のどの痛み、だるさ、倦怠感、息苦しさ、呼吸困難の症状がある方
味覚や嗅覚の異常が感じられた方
新型コロナウィルス感染症陽性とされた方との濃厚接触の疑いがある方
同居家族や身近な知人に感染が疑われる者が発生した方
過去１４日以内に政府から入国制限、入国後の観察期間を必要とされている国、地域等への渡航又は当該在住者との濃厚接触が疑われる方
尚、ご来場前に上記の症状・事項に該当し、来場されなかった場合のチケット代金の払い戻しにつきましては、陽性の検査証明書とチケットの写真をメール等にて送って頂ければチケット代金を払い戻し致します。それ以外の事故や病気についてはチケット代金の払い戻しは致しませんので、開催当日まで、健康や体調に気をつけ、皆様が元気いっぱいで、ご来場頂けることを楽しみにしております。
◆検温
入場受付時及びツアーバス乗込み時に非接触型体温計による検温を行います。その際、37.5度以上の発熱のある方は入場できません。またお車でお越しのグループで、同乗者の中に37.5度以上の発熱がある方がいた場合は、グループ全員の入場をお断りすることとなりますので、ご注意下さい。なお、その場合にはチケット代金の払い戻しを致します。
◆マスクの常時着用
開催期間中は、入場受付け時点から常時（飲食時とバンガロー・テント内を除く）飛沫防止のためのマスクを着用することを原則必須とさせて頂きます。パーティのコンセプト上、手造りマスク、または洗えるますくなどをご持参ください。また、マスク性能の如何を問わず、使い捨ての不織布のマスクはご遠慮ください。 会場は野外であり、換気に問題ありません。皆さんの協力があれば不織布マスクでは無くても充分と考えます。
使い捨てマスクは導線・通路やフロアなどに落ちていると、気持ちのいいものではありません。ゴミにもなってしまいます。
(使い捨てマスクのポイ捨ては絶対におやめ下さい。)
今回のドレスコードでもあります、「オシャレマスク」ご持参をお願いします。
マスク不着用の方にはスタッフがお声掛けする場合がございます。
尚、マスク着用時は熱がこもり喉の渇きも感じにくいため、熱中症となるリスクが高まります。無理をせず、テント、バンガロー、又は人との距離が取れる日陰での、早めの休憩をお願いします。お子様の着用に関しては熱中症予防の観点から保護者様のご判断で装着の程よろしくお願い致します。
◆手洗い・うがい
手洗い・うがいは一定の時間を決め、都度都度行ってください。
キャンプ場内各所に炊事場、洗面所があります。こまめな手洗い、うがい等、衛生面に気を付けることを義務付けさせていただきます。
◆消毒
また各所に消毒液を設置しますが、他のイベントに於いては、消毒液ポンプごと持っていってしまうお客様がいるようです。
GLOBAL ARKのお客様に於いてはその様なことは無いと思われますが、万一の為に携帯消毒液をご持参ください。
トイレに於いても消毒液を設置しますが、便座は消毒液で拭いてからお座りください。
(トイレに設置された消毒液またはご持参の携帯消毒液で拭いてください。酒などのアルコールで拭くのはお止めください)
くれぐれもトイレットペーパー以外の紙類はトイレに流さないでください。
トイレが詰まってしまいますので、ご協力お願いします。
◆密を避ける
会場内では人と人との間に十分な距離を確保して下さい。バンガローやテントをご利用の方は、定期的な換気を行って下さい。 その他、フロア内での会話はなるべく控えてください。
◆場内での飲食
万が一の感染拡大防止の観点から、共通のトング等を使用しての大皿からの料理の取り分けや、ドリンクの回し飲みはおやめ下さい。また、場内での歩きながらの飲食は極力お控え下さるようお願い致します。
◆スタッフの装備
場内スタッフは常時マスクやフェイスガードなどの着用、飲食店においては手袋を着用しての接客とさせて頂くことをご了承下さい。
◆主催者の指示
ご来場者の方は感染防止のために主催者が決めたその他の措置・指示には従うことをご了解下さい。もし従って頂けない場合は、
他の来場者の安全及び心理的安心を確保する等の観点から、途中退出をお願いする場合がございます。
その際のチケット代金の払い戻しは致しかねます。
◆症状が出た場合の主催者への報告
GLOBL ARK 2021終了後、２週間以内に新型コロナウィルス感染症を発症した場合は、 主宰者に速やかに濃厚接触者の有無等についての報告をお願いします。前売りチケット ご購入された際のメールアドレスにて、こちらからお知らせします。
◆バス内での行動
ツアーバス内での感染拡大防止のため、常時マスクの着用と、会話は極力お控え下さるようお願い致します。ツアーバス内での感染対策は次の通りです。
運行前、運行後のバス車内の除菌、消毒、並びに消毒液等の設置
乗務員・添乗員のマスク、手袋の着用、うがいや手洗いの励行
運行前、および運行後の乗務員・添乗員の健康状態の確認および把握
運転席と客席エリアに透明な仕切りを設置
バス内の換気については「外気導入モード」（バス内の密閉状態の防止）を行いながらの走行
※ツアーバスの利点
運行前に除菌、消毒を行い、電車やタクシーのように不特定多数が利用するようなことはないので安心です。また乗車している人以外
との接触を避けられます。 都内（新宿）から会場受付まで直行で到着します。

※ Car parking
This year the venue has a parking area within walking distance. We will reserve plenty of space so most cars should be able to fit, but the space is limited, so please try to share rides with your companions.
※ Regarding car re-entry
You will not be able to leave and come back in once the car is parked. The car needs to stay at the same spot from the entry until the exit. Though the visitors can leave and re-enter, please mind that there’s no re-entry for cars.
※ Please do not park on the street or enter the prohibited area, to avoid troubles for the neighbours.
※ Please avoid visiting on camping cars. Also, no cars are allowed to enter further than the parking area.
※ For those entering with the advance tickets
※There might be no signal or internet at the venue, so please make sure to download the e-tickets to your phones. We cannot allow your entry if tickets can’t be displayed.

※ Garbage disposal
Please make sure to bring home what you brought and used during the event. Any used masks or tissues should be put into a sealed bags and brought home with you. (For those coming on public transportations, please ask the staffs for the disposal.)
※ We generally ask you not to bring in any beverages, but if you have to, please limit to 3 bottles (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) per person. Make sure to bring back any waste.
※ Please prohibit bringing in or using any types of speakers.
※ No pet allowed.
We cannot allow the entry of medium-sized or bigger dogs. We only allow small and quiet dogs; please no barking dogs in order to keep the tent area quiet for those who want to rest.
Some people are scared of dogs, so please refrain from walking with the dogs on the floor or in the food court. Also please do not bring any animals with any virus or the possibility of harming others.
※ There is often difficulty with the phone service at the venue. We recommend you contact your companions before arriving, at the interchange or stations.
※ The generator of GA cannot provide enough electricity other than for the event operation. If you want to charge your phones etc., please bring your own mobile batteries.
※ Please manage your own belongings or valuables. The event cannot be held responsible for any troubles or stolen items during the event.
※ Please do not bring camping chairs into the dance floor, other than at the very back of the floor. Do not leave your belonging on pathways.
※ Please understand that we cannot refund the tickets if the event is interrupted in the case of a natural disaster, or if there is any change in the lineup.
※ The venue is in the mountain, so we can suspect an abrupt weather change or a temperature gap. It’s reported that the temperature in August is about 30℃ in the day and 10℃ at night. Make sure to bring what you might need, such as sunscreen, rain-gear, and countermeasure against cold and heat.
＜＜Infectious disease control measures taken to deal with the event. -NOTICE-＞＞
Just as last year, we will set the dress code of fashion masks. You must be wearing a mask while at the venue. When you eat or smoke, please keep your mask on/around your face, so you can put it back on whenever you talk. (We understand everyone has different opinions regarding masks, but please consider this as a manner and cooperate to the event,)
※Dress code
Please consider "fashion mask" (design mask, hand-made masks, cool masks, neck gaiters) as one event within this party. Masks are becoming part of fashion these days. Get creative with a design mask, handmade mask, cool masks, or neck gaiters, etc. While preventing infection, please color up the venue in a gorgeous way.
※You can buy masks at the venue if you forget to bring one.
※If you are suspected of infected with Covid or any sickness, you may be refused to enter. In such a case, we will refund you the tickets. In order to prevent the spread of infection, please mind the points written below.
◆Check before visiting
Please understand and refrain from visiting if you fall into the following categories within two weeks from the day of the GLOBAL ARK 2021. Be especially careful if you live with an elderly person or a family member who has a basic illness.
· Those who have a fever that exceeds normal body temperature (generally 37.5 degrees or more)
·Those who have symptoms of cough, sore throat, tiredness, fatigue, dyspnea, and dyspnea
·Those who have an abnormality in tasting or smelling
·Those who are suspected of contacting a person infected with Covid-19
·Those who have their family member or an acquaintance infected
·Those who have travelled to a country or region where the government has set restrictions on entry, or those who have contacted anyone coming from those regions, within the past 14 days
In addition, if you do not come to the event due to the symptoms or matters mentioned above, we will refund the ticket price if you email us a photo of the ticket along with the certificate of corona test. We will not refund the tickets for any other accidents or illnesses, so let’s all stay safe and healthy until the event.
◆Thermometry
A non-contact thermometer will be used to measure the temperature at the time of admission and boarding the tour bus, and those with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher cannot enter. Also, please be advised that if a person among the group of people travelling by the same car has a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, the entire group may be refused entry, in which case we will refund the ticket fee.
◆Always wear a mask
As a general rule, it is mandatory to wear a mask to prevent splash from the time of admission to the end (except when eating/drinking and in bungalows/tents). If you do not wear a mask, the staff may call you out.
Also, regardless of the mask performance, please refrain from using disposable non-woven masks as much as possible. The venue is outdoors and ventilation is secured. Furthermore, the event is held in the summer full of ultraviolet rays, which can kill viruses. With everyone's cooperation, we believe that a non-woven mask is not necessary. It's not a good feeling to see disposable masks on a conductor, aisle, or floor falling as trash. Please do not litter disposable masks.
Additionally, wearing a mask can cause heat to be trapped and make it hard to feel the thirst, so the risk of heatstroke can increase. Please do not overdo and take an early break in the tent, bungalow, or in the shade where you can keep a distance from people. For children, please use a mask upon the parents’ advisory in order to prevent heatstroke.
◆Sanitation
Please wash your hands and gargle regularly. The campsite will have some kitchens and pantries. Please be mindful of sanitation.
◆Disinfection
We will install hand sanitisers at some points, but we also recommend you bring your own pockets sanitisers. Please sit down on the toilet seat after wiping it with the disinfectant.
Also please do not flush anything other than toilet paper into the toilet.
◆Avoid "mitsu" -closeness-
Please retain a sufficient distance between people in the venue. Also please provide regular ventilation in tents or bungalows. Also, avoid excessive talking on the floor.
◆Eating and drinking in the venue
To take extra precaution in order to prevent infection, please refrain from sharing drinks or food with others, or using the same tongs etc. to share from the same platter. Also, please refrain from eating or drinking while walking in the venue.
◆ Staff equipment
Please note that the staff will always wear masks and face guards, and gloves will be worn at the restaurant.
◆Director's instructions
Please understand that visitors should follow other measures and instructions decided by the organizer during the event. If you do not follow the instructions, we may ask you to leave, in which case the ticket fee cannot be refunded.
◆ Report to the organizers when symptoms occur
If you notice any symptoms and suspect infection of Covid-19 within two weeks from GLOBAL ARK 2021, please promptly report to the organizer, and we will share the info via the email address used for the advanced ticket sale.
◆On the bus
To prevent infection on the tour bus, please always wear a mask and refrain from talking as much as possible. The infection countermeasures on the tour bus are followings.
・Disinfection before and after the bus operation. Installation of antiseptic solution in the bus
・Use of masks, gloves, and gargles and hand washing for the crew members and tour operators
・Health status check-up on the crew members and tour operators before and after the operation
・Transparent partitions installed between the driver's seat and passenger area
・Ventilation inside the bus while driving (to prevent the sealed state inside the bus)
※Advantages of tour buses
The bus will be sterilized and disinfected before operation. It should be safer than trains or taxis which are used by numerous unspecified people, and you can also avoid contact with anyone other than the passenger on the bus. The bus will directly travel from Shinjuku, Tokyo to the venue.
